We begin our construction by excavating according to your personalized blue print design. After breaking ground using a front-end loader or backhoe, we frame the pool using a durable 3/8" steel bar for the skeleton of the pool followed by using a 1/2"steel in the bond beam area. To ensure many years of fun filled swimming enjoyment, we construct our plumbing using non-corrosive PVC pipes. You have the choice of having hand contoured Gunite or Shotcrete, which is pneumatically applied at 4000 p.s.i. Our final phase consists of hand-trowelled plaster using the finest materials available.

Frost-proof tile is installed at the water line to enhance the beauty of your pool. These tiles are available in a variety of colors and patterns. Value added brick, stone or concrete coping can be added. JMK IPDS representatives can offer you the option of a cantilever deck which will present a beautiful continuous surface to the waters edge. Our IPDS representatives can also show you how options such as concrete, exposed aggregate, flagstone brick and/or Kooldeck can be matched to your patio, existing architecture or landscape.
